Ms. Kantharia is a Post Graduate in Human resource Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and has 17 years of experience in Media. Prior to joining Radio City she has worked with Planet M and Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. She has been a visiting faculty with Lala Lajpat Rai Institute of Management. She is a founder member of Forum of Emotional Intelligence Learning (FEIL). She has also launched Radio City School of Broadcasting (RCSB) an autonomous educational unit instituted by Music Broadcast Private Limited (MBPL) which owns and operates Radio City 91.1 FM- India’s leading Radio network in 20 cities across India.
