Dr. Dalip Singh - IAS - Research Director

Dr Dalip Singh joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1982. Since then he has occupied many senior positions both in the state of Haryana and the Central Government. He has remained Deputy Commissioner of Yamuna Nagar and Sonipat districts in Haryana and has worked in Industry, irrigation, cooperation, health, social justice, food processing, Public Health, Ministry of Steel and other departments in the State and Central Govts. He has executed many international programmes funded by the World Bank, DANIDA, ODA, WHO, the UNDCP, Codex Alimentarious Commission and other international agencies.
